Just had Stephen with Renewed Carpet Care here to clean our carpets. We have 4 bedrooms that have carpeting and beings that we don't really use 2-3 of the bedrooms, I was hesitant to pay for someone to come clean rooms we don't use. Stephen offered us a great price and in all honesty, explained why it is a good idea to have your carpets cleaned even though we don't really go into those rooms, plus the warranty on our carpet states we are supposed to clean them professionally every year. Stephen showed up, we agreed on price (excellent price) and he went to work. Stephen is an extremely kind, polite and trustworthy person. I loved that not one time did he seem as though he was trying to rush through my job to get to his next appointment. He worked at a good pace but also a very detailed pace as to not miss anything. He did an outstanding job on our carpets. Anyone that follows me on Yelp knows that I'm a huge fan of great customer service, and I can assure you 100% that Stephen will do an excellent job at a great price. Had a great experience with Renewed Carpet Care at a reasonable price for 6 rooms! Stephen came right on time, worked fast, and left our carpets looking and smelling great. He removed some coffee and drink stains that we had, along with some tougher stains - don't know what they were, maybe from previous owners, that came up.

Stephen was super responsive every step of our transaction. He was one of the first to respond to my request for a quote. In addition, when it came for the appointment, he was punctual, very professional and showed that he stands behind his services.
I had an area rug that i received as a hand-me-down, that although it was in decent condition, it was in dire need of cleaning. After close inspection, after having it cleaned, we noticed there was still substantial dirt. When we called Stephen, he came back and he determined that the best way to get it fully cleaned without compromising the structure, was to have it rewashed, all at no extra cost!
I love that he was willing to stand behind his product. He made a lifetime customer out of us!
